Terms of Service

- I have the right to decline any commission request as I see fit.- Do not claim my art/designs as your own. If you post it anywhere, please credit me.- Do not trace/copy my art, even if you commissioned me. If you want to alter a drawing, ask me first. Usually, I will fix the artwork with no charge. If you wish to color a drawing I did, ask first and I will usually give you a transparent version.- You can either pay before I start the commission, or once I have sent you a sketch. I will not continue until I am paid to ensure I am not scammed. Uncolored sketch commissions I require payment up-front for.- I require communication before, during, and after the drawing process. If you do not communicate your preferences/wishes, I am unable to make a product you will be pleased with. I will keep you up-to-date as long as you continue to respond. If you are to cut contact or ghost me, I will not do refunds and I will not continue the commission until communication is reciprocated.- In general, I do not do refunds unless there is a screw up on my end.- Please do not ask me about the status of your commission, unless it has been at least 2 weeks with no contact since you first asked for the commission, or it has been 1 weeks since you sent payment. If I am communicating with you within a few days or so, do not ask. Reminders are fine within reason.- You are free to edit a design I make to your preferences. However, do not remove my creator credit.- If you use my design for hateful/harmful depictions outside of story, you will be blacklisted. I would prefer to be told if my design is to be used for a villain/antagonist/evil character, as things like racism/sexism/homophobia/transphobia/political agendas/pedophilia are not things I am comfortable with.- Do not sell my designs for more than you bought them for, unless you have purchased art/other products for them that add to the original price.
